My recent delivery to this facility did not start off well. Upon arrival at around 5 AM, the security guard, Raymond, did not provide clear instructions and merely gestured with his flashlight in a vague, displeased manner, causing confusion. When I tried to clarify where to go, Raymond responded aggressively, using offensive language and demanding that I speak English. 4hrs to unload 1 pallet. Waste of time. Update 1/7/25. 4 hours for a partial load
Check in Saturday 3:45 am 12/27/25 for a 6 am appt. At stop sign pull straight to the guard shack do not turn left or right off exit 22 on I 81 Virginia. After checking in with the guard, they put me in door 17 full load of chicken turning the bills at 5:30 when they came in upper Bill at 7 AM paid and bills by 715 leaving the place easy going.
About 4 hours total wait time. Typical
Great experience. From the guard shack to unloaded in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Friendly people all around. This is how it should be done.
