Absolutely amazing experience at Food by Fatou! The food was fresh, flavourful, and clearly made with a lot of care. Fatou is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. It was such a pleasure trying authentic Senegalese food, and every bite was delicious. Just visiting Fredericton and dropped into Food By Fatou. SO DELICIOUS! This is the type of hidden gem that we always hope to find when visiting a new place. Everything is made in house from scratch, even the spice mixes are made daily. Our first time having Senegalese food, we had the Jolloff Rice and the Poulet Yassa and the flavours were outstanding.
