The front desk girl is unhelpful and extremely rude for no reason. To be the face of a business and lack social skills and intelligence is ridiculous for lack of better words. Find someone else to represent you.

Angie, with UFCW Local 711, has got to be the rudest person out there. I don’t understand how any business could put her on the phone lines to represent their company, but you all should strongly reconsider her position. She was rude the first time I called, and then when I called back with a follow up question she hung up on me. Colludes with the company they pretend to protect us from and feigns ignorance. They can't even clarify policies for you. They are lazy and are not remotely nterested in helping the people they take money from. Must be nice having us pay for your life while we drown. Don't join this union.
