Hidden gem! Chef Brad and his wife Paula serve up an amazing dining experience every time, we always love the FAM dinner experience. Each of the 9 courses is expertly prepared and plated. And I love how you get a story of why Brad created the dish and the way he describes the flavors. It’s a very intimate setting you can truly enjoy with close friends while even making new ones!
Outstanding Chef Experience We had an absolutely incredible experience — the food, the presentation, and the overall atmosphere were all outstanding. The chef’s attention to detail and creativity really made the night special. Brad and Paula Ann were nothing short of awesome. Their warmth, professionalism, and energy elevated the entire evening, making it both fun and memorable. You can tell they genuinely care about creating an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend — five stars all the way!
Chef Brad Green is the epitome of a professional chef. He creates a very inspiring and thoughtful menu with a variety of foods in order to really challenge your pallete and enjoy a wonderful experience. He has the technical skills of a Michelin star chef but presents it in a very humble thoughtful manner with his entire family.
