You ask to speak to a manager.They speak to you nasty. What do you want? is what they told me a couple of times!!! Keep an eye out on your receipts because they charge you extra.It's also says no taxes and they charge you taxes with different prices. Check your receipts.
My friends, staff and I have been to this place years ago and had a nice day there because bought table clothes there. There were people there and they are very nice and friendly.
Lots of really nice things and their prices are better than some of the other variety stores. Definitely count your change. While I was on line to pay, the ladies shortchanged three people and, surprise, they tried to shortchange me also
We are locals to the area and have never faced issues prior. This afternoon my 18 y/o daughter was assaulted and harassed by an Asian worker who assumed she was stealing after she purchased her items. I understand from a business perspective to thwart theft (believe me I am also tired of theft and crime in New York).
