Made a appointment over a month in advance with the understanding that a minor repair would be wade during the week I was away on vacation and I could pick up the vehicle on the Saturday AM when I returned. On Saturday the vehicle was not in the lot and I was without a vehicle for the weekend. When I went to the shop on Monday I was informed that it would be several days before it was ready.
