We had an issue with our air conditioner late last night. We had to turn it off as the unit felt as if it were over heating. We sent a message then so they would get it the next morning. They did in fact respond when they opened that next morning and got back to us letting us know someone would be out to check everything for us. Caydon was great. On time friendly and professional. Needed an entire AC replacement called Fonz and glad I did. Techs installed unit went above and beyond checking and fixing everything needed to make the new unit run at its best efficiency. Price was very reasonable and we are very happy!!
David was extremely knowledgeable and honest and didn't right away want to sell me a new air unit like the first guy from a different company. He was a free estimate. Will definitely be the person to go to for my new unit eventually. He offered a maintenance plan and estimates on the thermostat/ condenser. Very helpful and professional, thank you David!!
