ann a. This is not a review of Linda Garner just some info to help the homeowner become more price savvy. WISE UP People, the realtor makes their money on selling volume not your individual home. Realtors are depressing our home values by lowballing them. Your home selling in 10 days is not something I would advertise. Great for first time home buyers Nancy Peplin was referred to me by a friend of mine who bought her first townhome through Nancy.
