Very Disappointed- Poor Management Ruined Everything If I could give them zero star, I would do that. I usually don't write reviews, but I feel like people should know what they're getting into. I had an excellent experience buying tiles for my bathroom renovation from this store, professionally assisted and helped by Eela Amiri. She was very knowledgeable and supportive when me and my wife initially visited the store (on Terminal Ave.), answering all our questioning and providing pertinent advice. We bought twice from her already, and will come back in the future, to ask her support again, when needed. Thank you very much, Eela!
Picked up a phone order for a high end client yesterday. Arrived and climbed the beautiful stairs to the showroom. The woman who's desk was infront of the stairwell was rude and incompetent. Treated me like a second class citizen/dumb and said she couldn't help me pickup the order because there were 'too many people working at the company.' She needs to find another job. Just a late note (due to family illnesses) to express our appreciation to Eela Amiri and Samuel Giovanni for their kind help. My husband and I found our desired shower wall tiles last spring at Fontile. Eela was very helpful regarding our needs, her store’s spring sale and later with replacement of some cracked tiles. I have bought tiles from Fontile many times. I can no longer recommend the company if you are buying and need freight to deliver. The tiles I bought arrived with some broken. Other tiles shattered in my hands while installing. Fontile offered no help or accommodation...not cool. You lost a customer who had only good things t say before. Advice to anyone buying tiles here. Do it in person only and check each box thoroughly as soon as possible after purchasing.
