Impossible to reach out to sales team. Does not answer phone or email.
Terrible costumer service. Ms Rachell Marshall lack of efficiency is shocking. Not only was she not helpful but she was also extremely rude and inattentive. I feel beyond dissatisfied with this experience. They need to be more selective with their staff.
I don’t leave a 0 star because there is no option , very Rude costumer service, Ms Rachell Marshall need to learn how to talk to a costumer. I was trying to do business whit this company but it’s impossible apparently, I was told they would not sell their product to me because they had enough distributors and when ask for a distributors contact or name was told ‘’Sorry we have no need for your distribution services” not even addressing the question properly.
