I purchased a new dishwasher in my local Lowe’s and ordered to install. The person who installed my dishwasher was Mr Charles Fontenot - a professional plumber from Opelousas. His service was exceptional: called a few times to set up the right time of the appointment; arrived on the time with all instruments; quickly took out old and put in the new dishwasher; took old one with him; checked all pipes and one cycle of work. He was scheduled to install my faucet. I took the day off work. Then at 1130 that morning he cancelled and says he needs to reschedule because he doesn’t work late on Good Friday. I could have replaced every faucet in the house with the money this company cost me
