The space that this clinic offered was filled with nothing but kindness, compassion, and care. You, honestly, can feel their passion to give you the most accurate and knowledgeable information to improve you, or your child’s, holistic well-being. Yes, this care was for myself—a 30 year old Asian American female. I very much appreciate and value the work that is done there. Very genuine, very professional, very authentic.
I spoke with a very insensitive, combative receptionist. I wanted to take myself, my daughter and husband to see the same therapist, but separate appointments. She explained Sarah only sees patients under 25. I said I wanted to see someone, so it wouldn't work out. The receptionist wanted my daughter's information anyway and we couldn't still schedule an appointment. First let me say Dr. Sarah is amazing!!! Her receptionist was professional, kind, understanding, & my two years old son received an appointment fast. Listen, I walked in defeated, concerned, & lost but after my son’s first session I felt like a more knowledgeable & equipped parent. Not one stone was left unturned. I will be returning if I or my son need anything further. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
