I've been living here for about a year now. I have some pros and cons. Pros - The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and feels safe. Haven't had an issues with that. It's one way into the complex and same way which I like which keeps others away from the property. The rental office communicates well. They do a good job of keeping the outside property clean, grass is cut regularly, and we have plenty of dumpsters around. Maintenance usually comes the day I request which is good but we will revisit maintenance cons when I list the ... read more
Exelente servicio y Johana es muy amable
I've been moved in for 5 days and I love it! The townhomes are very spacious, clean, respectful, and quiet. The neighbors are very nice and the staff at the leasing office are very nice and helpful as well. Maintenance are fast, respectful, and on call whenever you need them. I give this place a 10/10!
