Extremely dirty, broken tables, ice machine contaminated and yellow, sink water smelled, and overall the place hasn't been thoroughly clean in a long time. Rodent droppings in kitchen cabinets and drawers. Bathrooms had dried urine all over. Clubhouse representatives were not helpful with any kind of compensation or validity of the unsanitary circumstances.
Good club house
I booked this place for my graduation party. Most things were okay, except that they refused to return our deposit for an issue they failed to fix before we arrived. The bathroom plumbing was clogged when we got there, and we had to call them to have it repaired before our guests arrived. They came three hours later and claimed to have fixed it, but it was still clogged.
