I booked this place for my graduation party. Most things were okay, except that they refused to return our deposit for an issue they failed to fix before we arrived. The bathroom plumbing was clogged when we got there, and we had to call them to have it repaired before our guests arrived. They came three hours later and claimed to have fixed it, but it was still clogged. This space is great for many events. Our family reunion banquet was nice thanks to this building. Megan was helpful. Would rent again.
