A bizarre little complex that is NOT visitor friendly and has really poor parking. The management seems to have mental issues that have not been addressed. (Allegedly)
Prices are fairly high for the sizes of the living spaces, and maintenance doesn't seem to be a well-known concept. Some neighbors are hostile, some are genuinely nice; ultimately, you mostly get left alone. Pool is communal, but barely gets cleaned; same for the grill. Mailrooms are locked, but look like the main entrance, which are actually small, black, unlocked gates in the corners of the complex; trying to get Doordash, Postmates, Etc. is a little bit of a hazard unless you give the deliverer very specific instructions ... read more
