We bought a sectional last week and I must say the entire process was awesome! Kieth was so helpful and kind helping us pick out furniture for our basement. We also met Nick who was super friendly as well. Kieth and another great guy delivered our furniture the very next day and they were EARLY - before their scheduled time! The delivery for our couch went so well! The two guys who showed up were on time, so polite, quick and efficient & ensured I was happy with the placement and quality of the delivery! We got a great deal that fit our budget while not having to compromise on a quality couch. Highly recommend this business! They were responsive all the way through without any salsey push.
We’re extremely happy with our new sectional. From start to finish, the delivery experience was excellent. The delivery team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They brought everything in carefully, set the sectional up exactly as it was specified at purchase, and made sure it was positioned and assembled correctly before leaving. I purchased the Bruce sectional for its deep seats and oversized chase. Given the item quality, I feel like it was a very fair price! All communication was timely and helpful. Delivery guys were so kind and accommodating (and MKE proud!). I would highly recommend Fontaines to anyone looking for a pleasant experience from a local business!!
10/10 experience & satisfaction with our purchase. The owner & delivery driver make the process a breeze from start to finish. Cheapest prices around for the quality you receive. Still waiting for our ottoman to be delivered and it’ll be a complete set. We love the fact that you’re able to customize the couch pieces to fit the space. Highly recommend overall! Happy to supports small business vs a big box store with much higher prices and lower quality.
