There is so much I want to say about Ms. Gonzalez but, I'll try and keep it short. Ms.Gonzalez gave us the impression that she really wanted to help us out. She tried multiple times to get the problem resolved and she did! My son's case was settled without having to go through a lengthy trial. Thank you Ms Gonzalez we really appreciate everything you've done for us!!
