Alofa is great to deal with! She listened to our needs, advised on what we want, and made the experience great to deal with.
I’m very happy shopping with your company. Friendly and helpful staff. I will continue shopping with you. Regards Ahmet
Very disappointing experience. We bought six Fastin West units from this shop and had them installed by a professional plumber. One failed due to a product fault, but they refused to replace it, leaving us to pay for the replacement ourselves. After buying six units, this is simply unacceptable customer service
Top service and top quality. Delivered on time without any fuss. Friendly and helpful to deal with and very happy with the bathroom cabinet.
Unfortunately I got to the warehouse late as I had to pay for extra materials I needed. Liam and Brett were so accommodating that they opened up the warehouse for me and loaded the car with all my bathroom materials I had paid for. Thanks again guys….great service! Appreciate it!!!!
