Alofa is fabulous at her job. She was extremely patient and spent alot of time with my partner discussing his options which was greatly appreciated as he is slow to make a decision. He was given a quote with us leaving to viait other stores to look at rheir products. After spending time with Alofa we returned later in the day to purchase all of the items he had discussed with her as with her support had made a definite decision which he only became aware of once viewing other stores. Placed an online order and received confirmation everything was in stock and available to pickup. Made the trip down and was met by a staff member who assigned my job to Jack, who efficiently organised all of the stuff in my order and helped load it into the ute. Was pleasantly surprised how professional and helpful the staff were! Such an easy group to deal with!
