Fontaine Brothers was awarded the contract to build the new DeBerry school on Union street. The problem was that by law construction is NOT to take place before 7:00am. They started at 6:00am sharp everyday 6 days a week. I called the city about this and they abided by the 7:00am law for a few months then started right back. I called the city again twice to no avail. To top it off they've blocked off the entire one way street with no warning.
