Alfonso is a great Personal Trainer. He was referred to me by another friend from Riverside who lost over 60 lbs. I’ve been training with him for over a year now, and I’m so glad I found him, as it’s not the typical burn as many calories as possible, which makes it easier to get results.

Usually Personal Training is not that affordable, the fact that there is 1 on 1 Coaching, and also semi-private training in groups makes it possible for me to afford someone looking at my technique, gives me a workout plan, and a meal plan if needed.

I've been training with Alfonso for a few months now. I like that his approach is so much different than other Personal Trainers. He doesn't focused on aesthetics, but also helps with avoiding muscle imbalances. I used to have shoulder pain when bench pressing, and after a few sessions that pain went away. He called it muscle imbalance. I guess some parts were underdeveloped.
