after a hail storm in Frisco, we needed a full roof replacement and a careful inspection. derek met with our insurance adjuster, explained the roofing process in simple terms, and gave us a very thorough roof analysis. the crew replaced our old 3-tab shingle roof with architectural shingles for about the same price other roofers quoted for basic 3-tab materials. we also liked that the upgraded shingles came with a long warranty, which gave us real peace of mind for the hot TX weather. the whole experience was smooth, afforda... read more

I asked Fonseca Family Roofing & Construction to come to my home in Frisco and check a leaking skylight. During the roof inspection, they also found that a nearby vent boot was damaged and letting water in. I chose to have the skylight removed instead of replaced, and the vent boot was replaced as well. Throughout the whole roofing project, I got steady communication, a fair estimate, and a clear timeline for the work. The crew showed up on time, worked in a very professional way, and made sure everything was cleaned up befo... read more

Great roofing company with a solid work ethic and honest service. Jared came out to check my roof after an inspector said it might need full replacement during the home sale process. Frederick was recommended to us after a major storm, and we are very glad we called. We had reached out to several roofing contractors without much luck, but Frederick got back to us fast and met with the insurance adjuster to look over the roof damage. A tree had hit the roof and damaged the gutters, so the situation needed quick attention. When a leak showed up, the crew came out right away to tarp the roof and help prevent more water damage. Frederick was professional, easy to talk to, and quick to answer our calls and te... read more

After a recent storm in frisco, i had a roofing team come inspect my older roof for damage. roger clearly walked me through the repair and replacement options, explained the condition of the shingles and decking, and handled the insurance process for me, which made everything much easier. After a little back and forth, the crew got the approval moving and finished the job in just a couple of days. They installed a new shingle roof, replaced some sheathing that needed attention, and added new gutters, downspouts, and two new ... read more
