I had a fantastic experience with the roofing service from the moment I called to place my order until everything was finished! I ordered a custom downspout, and I was informed it would be ready in just a few days. When I reached out on Thursday morning to see if I could pick it up that day, Frederick assured me it wouldn't be an issue and promised to call once it was done, which he did! I highly recommend this roofing service for their excellent customer care. It's great to find a company that truly values its customers!

We had a great experience with Roger, who came out this morning. He was very responsive and even called to let us know he was arriving early, showing up right on time. We were dealing with a leak, and Roger took a look at our roof to assess whether we needed a repair or a full replacement. He quickly identified the source of the leak and confirmed it was actually an issue with our siding, not the roof itself. I highly recommend the team! We recently had our roof replaced after a hail storm. At first, I didn’t notice the tiles were different shades, but one of the roofers noticed and helped us file a warranty claim. They coordinated with the roofing materials company and just finished putting on a brand new roof. Now that the job is complete, the difference is amazing. They also assisted with our gutter guards and made repairs to the roof venting. I couldn’t be happier!

We had a great experience with a roofing company that handled two roofs for us. Roger, our salesperson, provided excellent service throughout the process. Even with some material delays, they managed to finish both projects within six weeks of signing the contracts.
