Took my iphone 14 pro here to replace the back glass. Only the back screen was smashed, and I was only replacing it for cosmetic purposes. The phone was working perfectly fine until i picked it up after they repaired the back glass. Immediately i noticed when I got it that face ID would no longer work. They were not helpful, just stating "they did not check the face ID before they serviced it" however i said they could check their CCTV to see me using it prior to them fixing it.
