My son bought a phone case that didn't fit the phone it was labelled for. I went to return it, but was told company policy was "no refunds" only store credit. This is irrelevant as the item was " mis sold / not fit for purpose" so must be refunded. I had to argue very hard and point out the consumer laws. If I wasn't a reasonably confident early middle aged man I don't think I would have got the refund. Some training should be given to the staff.
