Very erratic, pompous and arrogant owner who does not value the safety or best interest of the customers. The owner lies about what he has in stock, warranties, orders, etc. Not the kind if person that a veteran with ptsd would ever want to deal with. Also, merchandise often gets put outside in the elements, exposed to rain, sun, wind, and other filth.
