Exemplary service! I ordered a rugged tablet PC through them and because of the current electronic memory supply matters, a surcharge was applied which I was fully aware of upon ordering. Between the time I ordered and when said PC was ready to ship, the surcharge had been reduced by the supplier. They graciously informed me by e-mail of this, and passed the savings on to me which was no small amount. I would have been none the wiser had they not done this.
