My surgery was done in May of 2023 by Jeff Kozak. Worth noting, I was in excellent health before going to him except for some hip and back pain. "No problem, we can fix that", he told me. The hospital stay was supposed to be 2-3 days......and one surgery. In the first surgery, Dr Kozak nicked the dura of my spinal column. My first visit. I enjoyed dealing with these folks. Paulina and Dr. Kozak are wonderful to deal with and so different from what I expected. I felt right at home with their services and the way I was treated.
Great experience would not go anywhere else for treatment.
Dr. Kozak and his staff are the best.
