Dr. Randy Luo and his staff are definitely one of the best medical practices I have been blessed with for my hand/wrist surgery. They are all very professional, friendly, efficient, and organized. I highly recommend Dr. Luo and his staff for anyone in need of surgery. Their actions show they truly care about their patients.
