Horrible management. One of the worst buildings to move into, even though the location is great. Bed bugs and spiders everywhere, fire alarm goes off once a week, windows and building doesn’t get cleaned in general, management and leasing team are changing every other month, so they don’t know what’s going on. Tired of this management. I felt it one of my biggest mistake to move in at this location. Talking about the experience than It has been more than 2(TWO) months now since we moved here at June 1st. At the very first day when they handed over the key of the apartment they told us to inspect the apartment and if any problem found, mail them in a mail and assure us that will immediately act on. Please don’t park any of your vehicles in parking B3, because administration charge 200 CAD for parking but their security camera isn’t working over there and if something get stolen from there, you are not going to get proper response from administration office
