We had such a great experience at Fonda de Paula! The food and drinks were delicious, and everything we ordered was beautifully presented. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, polite, and attentive throughout our entire meal. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and had such a fun time celebrating my birthday here . We will definitely be back!
My husband and I went for the 1st time, last night, at the suggestion of one of their staff, Eduardo. It never occurred to us that we might need reservations, (duh!!) but the hostess was wonderfully welcoming, and after a short wait, was able to accommodate us. We stopped in for a late lunch at Fonda de Paula, and what a wonderful experience! It was our first time there, and our waitress, Jimena, was absolutely fantastic. She was so friendly and welcoming, shared the history of the restaurant name , told us about the different dishes, and made some great recommendations. The food is delicious. Very authentic. Guacamole cart is yummy. Homemade chicken mole sauce is authentic and superior, like mom makes at home. The churros cart for dessert is the topper! Service is perfect.
