Dr Chen refused to prescribe cholesterol medication that was recommended by Neurology. I had to insist, and refer her to specific written recommendation notes. She does not review patient record and then has an argument about what she imagines to be there
Dr. rushes through the appointment without listening to the patient.
Would provide 0 stars if I could. I actually walked out of our appointment. She’s dismissive, condescending, and unkind.
