Amée creates an intentional experience. She is an incredibly skilled massage therapist, but she takes it beyond that. Stating with tea and a chat, you begin the session by relaxing into this little oasis in the day. The massage is so dialed in and there’s no rush to leave. When you do, it’s feeling relaxed, restored and grounded.
I had a very positive and helpful session with Amée. Before the massage, she talked through my health journey with me and, afterwards, gave me suggestions on ways I could help loosen my tight muscles at home. She has an impressive knowledge of the body and combines that knowledge with kindness and compassion. I look forward to other sessions with her!
Amee is absolutely amazing. She is a very skilled therapist but, more than that. She takes time to understand your needs. Both times my treatment started with a cup of tea and discussion of my needs, any changes in my body, and my health goals. She is knowledgeable about herbs and on my second visit gave me printed guide based on my the goals we discussed at my first visit. Then to top it off she gave me flowers. Wow! I felt completely and totally pampered, relaxed and balanced. Could not ask for a better massage therapist.
What a spectacular experience! I received the recommendation for Amée through a mutual friend and am so grateful for the referral. Upon arrival I felt as though I was seen, heard, and understood, and that my physical needs through her body work were captured, soothed, and I walked out of there feeling blissed out and incredibly relaxed. Visiting Amée will soon become a part of my monthly routine.
I recieved my first session of body work from Amée today and I have to say…she’s an exceptional massage therapist. I was greeted with hot herbal tea followed by an in depth conversation to discuss some issues I was dealing with. She got me on her table and worked her magic. She was very present and intentional in her movements. She started off the session with a facial massage which I have never experienced in all my years receiving massage therapy.
