I called the company today to ask questions because I want to do business with a new propane company. The woman I talked to was very pleasant and friendly. She answered all my questions and relayed information clearly. I am looking forward to doing business with this customer oriented company. :)
Rude customer service over the phone. I am not sure who's taking phone calls but she went out of her way to make the interaction difficult. I appreciate the speed of delivery and those who come out to fill the tank but the customer service from this particular person was awful.

The drivers are exceedingly friendly and professional, but everytime I have called to make payments it takes several days to get through to them. Their office organization is terrible and making payments is a chore due to the lack of internal communication. I wish they would just answer their phones, or at the very least call people back like their message says.
Free rent/lease of tank(s). Free install for new customers. Lower price of fuel & even lower w/ specials in July -best time to stock up-. Phone conversation/service was friendly & knowledgeable. Delivery in 3 days from calling. I will absolutely stay with them and would 100% recommend if you are shopping around. ~winter is coming~
