I've come here for years and always had great experiences but today with Luke was absolutely amazing! The Japanese head massage was life changing. He was so sweet and made me smile the whole time. Obviously the haircut was perfect too!

Luke did a fantastic job with my haircut. He has great attention to detail and really took his time to get everything right. The whole experience felt very relaxing and I was made to feel looked after from the moment I arrived. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch, and the head massage was so good I nearly fell asleep in the chair. Couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend Luke if you're after a great haircut and a genuinely enjoyable experience.

I had high hopes for Fon but disappointingly was let down by poor customer service. The lady cutting my hair had managed to create so many knots during the shampoo that it was difficult for her to brush it out. She did not hide her displeasure, even half jokingly saying that she wanted to cut it short just so she wouldn't have to brush it out. I know long hair can be hard to work with, but, as a professional hair salon that charges premium prices, they should be well trained and equipped to work with many different types of ... read more
