Rude and unfriendly . I went in with my throat swollen and was told I just had to suck it up, I had to snot cry to get her to finally give me a steroid to help the swelling go down , stood across the room most of the time talking to me like I was gross or something. Called the office to switch to a different practitioner and got told I’d have to find a different office
