Greg has been doing my taxes for 4 years now and I am very pleased with his overall professionalism and communication. He is very helpful and quick to answer questions that I email to him. Also he has gotten my return back quickly every year which is valuable to me.
If I could leave zero stars I would, I reached out to Greg to ask a few questions regarding the up and coming tax season and before I even said anything, he answered the phone saying, and I quote, "die on New Years", and I would like him to know that I am alive and healthy. The way he answered the phone was unprofessional and I was completely offended by his manner, and would just like to leave this as a warning to anyone that calls, that you might be in for a surprising threat by whoever is on the other end of the phone.
I switched over to Folsom Tax based on a recommendation from a friend of mine. I'm going on my 3rd year with him and I couldn't be happier. I'm always amazed at how fast my returns get done, especially compared to my previous preparer. And, his fee is very reasonable.
Greg has done our taxes for over 15 years. I hadn't hear from him so I asked him on Feb 18th if he was doing our taxes this year. He writes back "No I am not doing your taxes this year". I asked why and he titles his E mail: You're fired! And a formal letter stating to discontinue service etc. "You're fired"? How unprofessional and immature. He didn't even have the courtesy or courage to give us an explanation. Greg; In your response to my wife what does WGAF mean? And in your response to me what does GFY mean?
