Contractors be very careful when ordering from Folsom Ready Mix. I ordered a 6-sack 50/50 mix with fiber and chilled water specifically to slow the set time. I even sprayed a surface retarder as a backup. Despite that, the mix they delivered was extremely hot and began setting in under an hour completely unreasonable for any project. Shocked how unprofessional this company is. The gentleman that showed seemed to careless about his job as you can see from the pictures he is just setting there letting it go all over the lawn. We kept telling him to stop as we took pictures he stated he could careless once it hits the chute It's your problem . Poor drivers
They poured concrete in our home three weeks ago and the quality of work was horrible. They just blamed weather for everything. Concrete has crushed lines, it is already sinking in several areas. Finishing is worst I have ever seen. Spent my savings just for this disappointing work.
