Dr. Phelan and his entire practice are THE best! I have been seen there for 10 years and I do not have a single complaint. Dr. Phelan is caring and listens and explains things. Carrie (sp?) at the desk has always been amazing and helpful and quick. I can’t thank them enough for the care I have received there and especially for Dr. Phelan helping me bring my baby girl into the world. I highly recommend them!

I work in the hospital with Dr. Phelan, in a different department and before I chose him to be my physician, I was looking closely at the doctors in my hospital as to who I wanted.
