This company is terrible. My son is getting married thanksgiving weekend and we booked the house in September. As if it wasn’t stressful enough planning a wedding we have had to deal with this company with their non refund policy. We realized not even 3 full business days after we booked that we needed a bigger house due to two more guests coming to stay. Folly’s best rentals told me there is a no refund policy and they offered no refunds to any of their rentals after 48 hours which is a lie!! These people are so money greed... read more
Why would you book with an agency that charges you , in addition with every other fee they can think of, a damage fee where they don’t refund you when there is no damage?! Not a very good incentive! Maybe next time I’ll break something to get my moneys worth! Other than that- every thing else is great!

Rented a house in Folly it was great location and very clean. The people stopped by to see if we were happy and even dropped a little gift bag off. I highly recommend them and would definitely use again!!
DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! We booked via VRBO with them and they took a deposit $1100 and post accepting the money, they required every guest be 25 or older. One guest, a sibling who hadn’t seen her older sister in three years, is 23 years old, which we didn’t see as a big deal or issue, especially since we are all over 30 and have our own children. They are not renting to us nor are they returning the $1100. They are the absolute worst to deal with. STAY AWAY!!
This place runs scams. Steer clear. Worst experience ever. Will never use them again.
