Jack and the guys are great. I would suggest if you’re looking for a good mechanic, he’s the guy. I had a problem with my van, other mechanics wanted to change parts until the problem went away. I scheduled dropping my van off and Jack and the guys figured out the problem WITHOUT changing parts until the problem went away. They fixed my problem and charged me accordingly. A very honest garage and great troubleshooters.. You won’t be disappointed…
Complete lack of communication
Always reasonably priced and honest.
I've been taking my car to this garage ever since I got it, a few years ago. I'm not a mechanic, but my car would run for a few months after visiting them, so I assumed they did good work. I can't speak on that. However, their communication skills are lacking. I've repeatedly asked them to keep me updated and give me an estimate on how much repairs would be.
