Pathetically useless. they deliver to the wrong address, drop it without signature, “misplace” things. Today beat it all. My medication was on board and got locked inside followmont at 4pm. I work 9/5 and organise to finish half an hour early on days I need to collect my medication so I have half an hour to insure my arrival at aus post for pick up. Don’t even bother, they’ll just lock it behind closed gates at 4pm at followmont without letting you know where it is or where it’s Going. No email nothing.
Always found the local Emerald team to be helpful and really good with their communication. Charlie has been super helpful....
I had a very bad experience with another freight company and in the end it lead me to Followmount Transport. The person I dealt with was so helpful and over 2 days, investigated the issue of our lost parcel and although it was not a positive outcome, what I want to place a review on is this particular customer service person, who when she said she would phone me back ... she did. Well done to her for still having some awesome "customer service skills"
