Avoid at all costs. This company is a fraud. Booked through vrbo, paid the deposit, then the vrbo site for this property still indicated that the place was available. I made a call to vrbo. They triggered an investigation and within a day the property page as removed from vrbo and there is no sign of getting my money back. Vrbo’s response has been slow to say the least as well.

FRAUD company. We booked through them in VRBO. Paid for place then cancelled reservation without informing anyone for no reason. Never refunded money and tried selling same place during our scheduled time to another family.

Hello- Do NOT book any properties with this company! We were notified of our cancelation 23 minutes before our expected check in time. They do not return phone calls, Vrbo messages or emails. Do not book- This company operates under several emails/names- please be aware!! (Follow The Sun Vacation Rentals or Go Global Vacation Rentals or Matt Birkey) Heartless people who leave families stranded for the holidays and do not care to even answer a call, email, or VRBO.

My mom rented a place from VBRO and this was the property manager. It is a FRAUD! Run away. Hopefully Vrbo will remove them to protect their reputation.
