Very unprofessional. Whomever the receptionist was that contacted me concerning my appointment felt the need to continue to address me as the wrong sex. Even when she was corrected numerous times she continued to call me a man. I do not support clear ignorance. The business is not BBB accredited and I’m not surprised due the lack of professionalism. If you work with the general public, you need to learn it. Retire or find an at home job if it’s not possible for you to exhibit while performing your job duties. I’m dumbfounded... read more

Went to Taylor street location because that’s the location I called. The receptionist never told me that they are not located there anymore. I called at 4:15 at the time of my appt to see what was going on and clearly I was at the wrong location. I was 10 minutes up the street. She said we are going to have to reschedule you… I wasn’t even 15 minutes late YET. PURE LAZINESS!!! AND JT WAS THEIR FAULT! Not to mention they had the wrong number on file , when I gave her the correct number. No worries I’ll take my money elsewhere... read more
