Was a no show on 3 separate occasions without even a phone call. The one time he shows up he not only floods the next door building causing major damages to it he helped himself to our second building that didn't have any damages at all and ripped the toilet out to "have a better look at the pipes." He then gave us a $10k estimate but after receiving a second opinion from a different plumber everything was fixed for less than $500. If you're looking for an excellent plumber, this is the guy you need. He recently installed my mother's tankless hot water heater. He was very professional and great value for services. He will be our go to guy for any plumbing or electrical needs from here on out.
