Hostile work environment. Everyone is at each other’s necks, managers going at managers and employees fighting employees. They don’t have trainers for new hires. As well as the documents used to make and process these units, are incorrect and outdated to 2008. If you’re a customer buying freezers and refrigerators, buy somewhere else!!!!The quality of the Steele combined with the cheap electrical wires and motors, you could buy a better one from somewhere else for half the price.

This is a bad company that sells junk. Around the time your warranty is up, the machines start to break down badly. The techs they send out to do warranty repairs are plumbers that have zero experience working on the machines. If you buy a machine from this company, god help you. 0/5 stars
