This is a bad company that sells junk. Around the time your warranty is up, the machines start to break down badly. The techs they send out to do warranty repairs are plumbers that have zero experience working on the machines. If you buy a machine from this company, god help you. 0/5 stars
Kristie from HR spoke to me in the rudest and most condescending manner I’ve ever been spoken to and denied my request to speak to a manager. This was borderline sexual harassment as she was referring to me as “hun” and “sweetie” while talking down to me.
