I must add that I have had the worst Follett customer service experience that I have ever had before. I needed to cancel an order I was told by the company representative that my order had been shipped and could not be canceled. Then after further conversation he said that the book had not been shipped , but still could not be canceled.. Also on the website there is no option to cancel an order. And it is very difficult to speak with a customer representative as I’ve had to wait for more than 15 minutes. I will never purchas... read more
