Work done 10/5/2013; new panel, subpanel and circuits and I have been chasing him for almost 1.5 years to get it inspected. He does not return phone calls and he was quick to get paid even for the inspection.
The owner of this company has horrendous customer service skills. He readily breaks appointments without bothering to call the customer to let them know of the change nor does he provide a reasonable explanation as to why you are being rescheduled. If I could leave negative stars I would as Keith is deserving. My job was "rescheduled" 12 times in three months and counting. These guys showed up when they said they would, they were dressed professionally and had a company van, explained what they would be doing in a way that I could understand, left the place clean, and charged me a very reasonable fee. Definitely will use them again and have recommended them to members of my family.
