The owner of this company has horrendous customer service skills. He readily breaks appointments without bothering to call the customer to let them know of the change nor does he provide a reasonable explanation as to why you are being rescheduled. If I could leave negative stars I would as Keith is deserving. My job was "rescheduled" 12 times in three months and counting.
