I received the best customer service from Mads today! She was so helpful. I was on the hunt to get my fav sunscreen Minu, and her store was one of the last stores in Boston to have them. She was so helpful, and even recommended a similar product (Iris&Romeo’s Weekend Glow) for the future. She also called another Boston store for me to check on their stock. I had such a great experience here today. I needed a refresh for my makeup routine and what worked for me going back to work with a new baby. As much as I tried with colors I never got it right, but also since I did have some products that would work for me at home didn't feel " sold to" just helped and educated, questions answered. The staff here is so appallingly rude. Zero interest in helping, advising, or even saying "hello" unless you're a very specific type of Beacon Hill woman. (cough white) I really wanted to like this store, but have experienced this firsthand when (not once but twice) I've been waiting at checkout for several minutes when the sales staff wistfully swept in with a customer they were "serving" to check out first.
