As a new patient, I have been impressed with this clinic. Clean with modern technologies. Dr. Jiang is great and fast.
Practice owners if you are reading this train your staff to be kind and polite. Don't ride a High Horse. Considering amount of money you spent on dental services one would assume that you would get a smile when you walk inside this clinic. But oooh no the receptionist or the office manager gave me the cold shoulder and one of those really fake smiles, acting as if she was better then me. Go to a different dental office where you will be treated nicely and equally!
Very I'll mannered reception staff...they especially the person on the at the desk..they have no manners on welcoming a person and poorly trained on handling and behavior. Don't fall for their fake smiles...
I have loved my experience at Folkstone Dental. Dr. Jiang is so thorough and helpful and was so great with my kids. I highly recommend this dental clinic.
