I am writing this review because it was earned I was on market place looking to get some tires and was dealing with Josef he is an awesome guy he fixed me up at a good price I told his that he treated me well and I was going to write a review about my experience Josef then thanked me and we had a chat about his rating and he said that the 4.5/5 he has is actually because of lowballers and he has all the screen shots of the lowballers offers for serious customers if they like to see them.
