I purchased windows from this company. BIG MISTAKE! These windows have constantly broken the seal and clouded up to you cant see through them. Every window has had to have sections replaced. Now 5 of the 7 windows are needing replacement and the company has left me stranded. They made appointments with me to install the replacement pane sections 3 times and I would have to take off work because my job has me out of town working constantly. Bottom-line-up-front...Folkers service leaves MUCH to be desired. The warranty with the manufacturer is acceptable, but the SERVICE warranty with Folkers is near worthless. Folkers installed 14 windows and 2 sliding doors in our house in 2013. The work was done quickly and on schedule. In 2017 I had an issue with one window which wouldn't stay open and was difficult to open. It turned out that Folkers had installed the WRONG balancers on ALL my windows. In today's world there are very very few companies that exhibit any level of professionalism and do what they say they are going to do and when they say they are going to do it. Folkers did exactly what they said they were going to do and they did it in an extremely professional manner. It was obvious that the installers were experts in their field and minimized any disruption in the house during the installation. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Folkers. Job well done!! Keep it up.

Horrible product and even worse customer service. Owner prides himself on ripping people off. The "high quality" door they sell is not a quality product and despite their claims of standing behind their product they don't!

Terrible experience with this business and its owners. Voiced numerous complaints about VERY sloppy workmanship, (including broken shutters and excessive caulk) lack of communication, SLOW completion of job. Owners dismiss concerns/complaints and make no attempt at resolution. When you spend thousands of dollars on a product/service, you should expect better results. Beware, this business has been around for a very long time, but current ownership has only been in place since 2014 according to Sunbiz.

Folkers window company Folkers Window Company is a great company; they did my windows after hurricane Ivan blew them out. They also put up rolling storm shutters. They manufacture their own windows and shutters. They also install them. They have awesome prices and selection to choose from. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They got my windows and shutters done really fast.
